Description
The kit allows for very quick repairs of nail-type punctures in all types of tires.
A useful addition to any tire service – quick and inexpensive repair.
It takes just a few minutes to make the tire suitable for further use.
Instructions for use:
- Remove the nail from the spot where the tire was punctured.
- Apply the supplied glue to the reamer and insert it into the hole left by the nail at the same angle the nail entered the tire. This will help fill the hole properly with glue.
- Thread the repair string through the insertion tool and fold it in half, with the ends pointing upward.
- Apply glue to the string and use the insertion tool to press the threaded string into the hole, following the angle of the previous puncture. With a firm motion, push the insertion tool and the string through the damaged area.
!! Make sure the string goes through the entire layer of the tire !!
!! Be careful not to pull the entire string inside the tire !! - The two ends of the string should stick out about 0.4–1 cm above the tire tread. Pull the tool out of the tire in a swift motion (do not twist the tool inside the tire while removing it – this may cause it to break).
Cut the two protruding ends of the string, leaving about 5 mm above the tire. While driving, the string will level with the tread surface.
