What if I can't find the information I'm looking for in the product description?

How much does delivery cost?
The standard delivery price in Lithuania is €3.99.
*This price is subject to change, you will find out the final shipping price when your shopping cart is complete.
Do you deliver goods outside Lithuania?
Yes. The delivery price depends on the weight of the goods. To find out the delivery price and delivery time, please place an order and contact us by e-mail: info@mechano.lt
How do I get a purchase invoice for my purchases?
The purchase invoice will be sent automatically to the email address you specify after the order is completed. You can always contact the contact details provided to have your purchase invoice resent.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. All items in the online shop are listed with VAT.
Can another person collect the goods?
Yes. Our online shop offers this option, but you need to notify us of any changes by emailing info@mechano.lt.
Can I return the goods if they don't suit me?
Yes. We always give the customer the option to return the product within 14 days if it is not suitable.
Important! The product must be unmounted and in good condition.
