Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale

1.1. These rules define the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the person purchasing goods on the website https://mechano.lt/ (hereinafter – the Buyer) and MB “Mechano” (hereinafter – the Seller). By purchasing goods, the Buyer agrees to these rules.
1.2. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer forms a shopping cart and confirms the order by clicking the “Confirm Order” button.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to change these rules, including changes to payment terms and applicable legislation.
1.4. Each time goods are ordered, the currently effective version of the rules applies.

2.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods following these rules and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement within 14 calendar days from the receipt of goods, by notifying the Seller in writing or by email at info@mechano.lt.
2.3. Returned goods must be undamaged and retain their commercial appearance.
2.4. Upon withdrawal from the agreement, all payments made for the goods, including delivery costs, are refunded to the Buyer.
2.5. The Buyer must properly safeguard the goods until their return to the Seller.

3.1. The Seller undertakes to ensure proper conditions for the Buyer to use the online store’s services, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
3.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods within the specified period.
3.3. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change these rules.

4.1. The final price of the goods in the online store does not include the delivery fee.
4.2. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods within 1 working day after placing the order.
4.3. Payment methods include electronic banking or bank transfer.

5.1. Goods are delivered by courier or by the Seller’s transport.
5.2. The Buyer must check the condition of the goods upon delivery.
5.3. If the goods are accepted without comments, they are considered to be delivered properly.

6.1. All goods are subject to a warranty period of up to two years according to EU regulations.
6.2. If the goods do not meet quality requirements, the Buyer has the right to return or exchange them.

7.1. The Seller sends all notifications to the Buyer’s provided email address.
7.2. The Buyer sends all notifications to the Seller’s email address info@mechano.lt.

8.1. The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form.
8.2. The Buyer must keep their login data secure and not disclose it to third parties.

9.1. These rules are subject to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if an agreement cannot be reached, they are resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.3. Complaints about goods purchased in the online store can be submitted to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or through the EGS platform.
